  • 1 kg lean mince
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley
  • 1 large brown onion diced



  1. Combine all ingredients together

  2. Make into patties and grill for 15 minutes, turning when brown.

  3. Serve with garden salad and Greek yoghurt
