Protein Apple Bircher Muesli

Ingredients

  • 60g Rolled Oats
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 170g Tub of Chobani Fit Yoghurt (we used and recommend Tropical Flavour)
  • 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 5g Shredded Coconut
  • Dash of Milk of choice

Method

  1. Grate the apple into a bowl. We recommend doing this with the peel on.
  2. Mix in all remaining ingredients and combine well.
  3. Set in fridge for 30 minutes before eating, or leave overnight for breakfast the next day!
  4. Optional: Top with your favourite toppings. We suggest almond butter or nuts of choice.
