Porterhouse Steak with Sweet Potato Mash

  • 2x sweet potato peeled and diced
  • Boil until soft (about 20 minutes)
  • Add a little milk, salt and (1 teaspoon butter if desired)
  • Mash until it has a smooth texture
  • Grill steak as desired and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Serve with boiled spinach and grilled Brussels sprouts
