
Porterhouse Steak with Sweet Potato Mash
- 2x sweet potato peeled and diced
 - Boil until soft (about 20 minutes)
 - Add a little milk, salt and (1 teaspoon butter if desired)
 - Mash until it has a smooth texture
 - Grill steak as desired and sprinkle with salt and pepper
 - Serve with boiled spinach and grilled Brussels sprouts
