Musashi Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 100g Rolled Oats
  • 30g Cashew Butter
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 20ml Almond or Cashew Milk
  • Stevia to taste
  • 2x Musashi Protein Wafer Bars in Chocolate

Method

  1. Blend the oats, cashew butter, banana and almond milk in a food processor
  2. Once the mixture is combined well, add the 2 Musashi wafer bars and stevia to preferred taste. We used a minimal amount
  3. Continue to blend for a further 15-20 seconds, or until the wafer bars are mixed in well
  4. Remove from food processor into a bowl and set aside in the fridge for 10-15mins. This will allow the mixture to set
  5. Roll into 9 even balls
