Potato and Chicken Bake
Ingredients
- 1 kilo chicken drumsticks
 - 2 chicken breasts, cut into 3 pieces
 - 2 tins of diced tomato
 - 8 bay leaves
 - 2 brown onions, diced
 - 1 teaspoon cumin
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 6 potatoes, halved
 - 1 cup water
 
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
 - Combine all ingredients in a pan and cover with foil.
 - Cook covered for 1 hour and then remove foil and cover for an additional 30 minutes.
 - Serve with salad.
