Shipping and Delivery

- AU: Free shipping on orders over $99. For orders below $99 shipping is $9.95.
- US, NZ, UK and Canada: $29.95
- All other countries: $59.95

Once your order is placed and processed, you will receive an email advising that your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your order number, the items you ordered and a link to track your shipment.

Australian orders will usually arrive within 2 to 10 business days of the order being placed.

Delivery for international orders can vary but is usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note these are estimates only and Mealami is not responsible for any delays experienced by couriers when delivering your Parcel. The shipping aspect of your order is a separate service from Mealami and we reserve the right to not issue a refund on orders if packages are experiencing delays.

All of our parcels are shipped from Australia. This means there are no customs/import duties for Australian customers.

Please note for non-Australian customers, Mealami cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by your country's customs.

Any outstanding customs charges or import duties must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered. Mealami cannot tell you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges vary from country to country.

If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the couriers may return the items back to Mealami. In the event that this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it is received by us, excluding any shipping costs incurred by Mealami as this aspect of your order was fulfilled.

If you have ordered the wrong item of entered the wrong shipping address you need to contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet we can easily make the necessary adjustments.

However if your order has been processed, there is nothing we can do to amend the items or shipping address which was provided. If you have entered an incorrect address you will need to get in contact with the residents of the address you had originally provided us with, as they will be the ones to receive your package. If this address does not exist the shipment should make it's way back to our facility. Once we receive it we can then redirect your parcel to your correct address.

If you have entered any incorrect details for your order and it has already been fulfilled and processed then your order cannot be cancelled.

We are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order. Mealami also reserves the right to not issue a refund on orders never received due to the incorrect details being provided.

Payment

We accept payment for your order from the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express.

We also accept payment through PayPal, Apple Pay and AfterPay.

Mealami uses Shopify Payments (which are powered by Stripe) to process credit / debit card transactions.

Stripe are completely safe and trusted in handling and processing all your payments. All your potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and any other critically sensitive information you provide us with like your credit / debit card details is encrypted to ensure security. Information passed between your computer or electronic device and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

Returns

Return Policy
Please choose your Mealami product carefully as we do not provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind (including unwanted gifts, wrong selection etc.)

Mealami takes great care to ensure all products are accurately described and photographed to provide as much information about the product as possible prior to purchasing + please feel free to shoot us an email at sales@mealami.com.au with any questions!


Warranty
If your Mealami product has arrived faulty, please contact us immediately via email at sales@mealami.com.au

Our warranty period for FAULTY items is 12 months - we require a receipt/proof of purchase. Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
